How To Order

We've done our best to make ordering from Optimal Displays as simple as possible, we accept payment via all major credit cards, Paypal and you can also pay by cheque or BACS.

If you have any special requests or if you require any further information, you are always welcome to give us a ring on 01353 644120, our office hours are from 8AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday.

Hopefully, you'll find our site very easy to use, but to make things a bit clearer if you're unsure, we have written the following instructions:

1. Browse the site by clicking the product categories at the top of the page. Click on any of the pictures to see more about the item.

2. When the next page opens, you can view a much larger image of the item by clicking on the smaller picture on the left. You can also view the different finishes available.

3. Once you have found an item you would like to buy, scroll down the page to view the available sizes and options.

4. Enter the quantity you would like to buy in the box provided and click 'Buy'. You will then be shown your current shopping cart, if you would like to add aditional items click the 'Continue Shopping' button. You can then continue and add any additional items you would like to buy. If not, click 'Checkout' to finalise your order.

5. You can review your shopping cart at any time by clicking the 'View Cart' link at the top of the page. Once in the shopping cart, you can remove items or increase quantities as you wish, just click 'Update' to confirm your changes.

6. Once you are happy with your shopping cart, click the 'Checkout' link. You will then be prompted to enter your details. Once complete, you will have the choice of payment method. Choose whichever method prefer and click 'next'.

7. If paying via credit card, you will be directed to HSBC's Online Payment facility to enter your details.

8. Whichever method you choose, you will be prompted for some details. Once these have been entered, click 'Continue' to complete the checkout process.
